stated First US Edition (first published in Norway 1960), translated by Erik J. Friis; ex-library copy with the usual blemishes, but NO library markings to exterior of books; else hardcover in GOOD condition in NEAR VERY GOOD dust jacket, protected by clear new archival plastic sleeve. Book shows wear to bottom board edges, bottom corners bumped. Abrasion/residue to paste downs left by old mylar. Dust jacket a bit shortened (to fit in old mylar), edge toning to flaps, part of library stamp to rear fep, price-clipped.
